Welcome to the Community!
Dickson Properties, Inc. has been contracted to oversee the daily operation of the homeowners' association. We collect the homeowner assessments and pay the common bills for the association, interface with homeowners, and work with the Board of Directors elected from individuals within your community.
Dickson Properties, Inc.:
Our offices are open 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. For normal association-related business, please call (919) 459-1860 during regular business hours. If there is an emergency situation that needs assistance after hours, please call our answering service at 866-841-6751. An after hours emergency consists of flooding or fire only; all other needs should be handled through normal business hours. Our on-call staff member will return your call.

Dickson Properties prides itself on individualized customer service. Your Management Team consists of a Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager and an Accounting Manager.
Community Manager – Star Smith
Star is the Community Manager for the Oak Park West Association, interacting with your Board of Directors and vendors and contractors who supply services to your community. She is responsible for the overall management of the relationship your community has with Dickson Properties.

Assessment Fees:
As a member of the Homeowners’ Association, you are required to contribute to the common expenses of the Association through your assessments. This money helps pay for the common expenses of the association such as mowing the common grounds, pool, entrance lights, and irrigation, just to name a few.
Assessment fees are due monthly in the amount of $145.00.

Homeowners also have the option of having the assessment automatically drafted out of their account each quarter. If you would like the convenience of automatic draft, please complete an automatic draft form.
Architectural Changes or Additions:
Any change, addition, or major improvement to your lot requires PRIOR APPROVAL of all of the Oak Park West Board of Directors and must be submitted on the Architectural Change Request form.
